Many people have asked me why I am deciding to run in 58B; if I am nervous because the DFL has been in control of this area for such a long time, and am I going to back out now because the DFL has a strong candidate running for the house seat. I will not back down from any candidate, nor out of this race! For the past 60 years, 58B has been control under the same leadership. Our district experiences the same problems each year. Without viable solutions, we will continue to experience the same problems of the past. When I ask people what their main concerns are in the district, I receive the same answers. Public safety, and improving our educational system consistently are at the top of the list. I know that I can solve these problems, all the while improving our community, making it a model community for Minneapolis. I look forward to discussing my vision with each resident as I door knock around our community. As I make my way around the community, I encourage each of you to take a look at a video take by Grant Cermak's wife Jennifer during the Shiloh Temple safe zone initiative. I look forward to hearing and seeing you all in the near future.
